Digital products
Laurence Zimmermann, FractalMax does not refund any digital products purchased. As stipulated by law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not provided on a physical medium and when the execution starts as soon as the customer accesses the product (e.g., downloads or accesses the course). By purchasing and accessing our digital products, the consumer agrees to this policy and explicitly renounces their right of withdrawal upon beginning the download or access process. Physical products
Right of Withdrawal: If you are not satisfied with our physical products, for any reason you can get a refund within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of making a purchase.
Note that you will get a refund from Gumroad as we are selling our products or services on this platform.
Exchange: Laurence Zimmermann, FractalMax does not exchange digital products or other services for another.
Exchange rate: Concerning the refund, possible losses that are due to the exchange rate will not be refunded.
