Yes. Beta access is limited to 50 participants. Spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis through the private Discord beta group.
This means that only the first 50 people to join the private Discord group will have access to Business OS Beta v0.1.
Once all 50 spots are taken, people who had already signed up by email but did not get a spot on Discord remain on the email list, which then serves as the waiting list for any future beta spots that may become available. This does not guarantee that additional beta spots will open.
You must be at least 18 years old.

Yes. The beta version of Business OS is free. You will only need a free Notion account. Access to the beta is limited to 50 spots and is granted on a first-come, first-served basis through the private Discord beta group. The free Business OS v1.0 version is reserved for eligible beta participants only.
To qualify for version 1.0 for free, beta participants must join the private Discord beta group and share at least one meaningful piece of feedback during the beta phase. General reactions alone do not qualify.
This beta phase is suited to freelancers, solopreneurs, founders, and independent professionals who want to actively test Business OS and help improve it before the official launch. Participants will also get access to a private Discord space for updates, discussion, and feedback.
It is especially suited to people such as:
A free Notion account.
No. Business OS is designed for both newer and more experienced freelancers, solopreneurs, founders, and independent professionals. What matters most is that you’re actively building your business.
Business OS is built in Notion, but it is more than a template. It is a structured operational system designed to help founders manage client work, operations, planning, and execution in one clear environment.
Business OS is built for freelancers, solopreneurs, founders, and independent professionals running client-based, service-driven, and digital businesses. This includes designers, developers, consultants, marketers, copywriters, virtual assistants, coaches, strategists, productized service providers, and SaaS founders.
The beta is currently open.
Further details, including the private Discord invite link, will be shared by email.
Beta access is limited to 50 participants. Spots are secured on a first-come, first-served basis by joining the private Discord beta group, not by signing up to the email list alone. Once all spots are filled, people who signed up by email but did not secure a Discord spot will remain on the email list, which serves as the waiting list if new beta spots open. This does not guarantee that additional beta spots will open.
