Archive notes that are no longer active
To create a note:

Saved notes appear in the main notes list. The newest note appears at the top by default.
To edit an existing note:
Open the note from the notes list.
Select Edit.
Update the title or content.
Select Save changes.
If another user updates a shared note at the same time, the most recent saved version is shown.
Labels help users group related notes.
A note can have multiple labels. For example, a note can be labeled both Planning and Customer Follow-up.
To add a label:
Open the note.
Select Add label.
Choose an existing label or create a new one.
Select Apply.
Shared notebooks allow multiple users to view and edit a collection of notes.
Notebook roles:
Owner: can manage notebook settings and members.
Editor: can create and edit notes.
Viewer: can read notes but cannot edit them.
Only Owners can remove a notebook member.
The search bar can be used to find notes by title, label, or content.
Search tips:
Use exact words for better results.
Search results include archived notes only when the Include archived option is enabled.
Very short search terms may return broad results.
Archiving removes a note from the active notes list without deleting it.
To archive a note:
Open the note.
Select More actions.
Select Archive note.
Confirm the action.
Archived notes can be restored later by opening the archive view.
Deleting a note permanently removes it from the workspace.
Before deleting a note, users should confirm that:
The note is no longer needed.
No teammate is actively using it.
Important information has been moved elsewhere.
Deleted notes cannot be restored.
Users may receive notifications when:
A notebook is shared with them.
A note they follow is updated.
They are mentioned in a note.
Their access to a notebook changes.
Notification settings can be updated from the account settings page.
If notes do not appear:
Refresh the page.
Check the selected notebook.
Clear active filters.
Confirm that the note was not archived.
Contact support if the issue continues.
