Beta Launch
It’s mental.
Where is that information?
What should I focus on today?
Did I forget something?
Why does everything feel scattered?
Nothing is collapsing.
But nothing feels solid.
You’re working.
But you’re not operating from clarity.
You don’t need more discipline.
You don’t need more motivation.
You don’t need another productivity hack.
You need structure.
Without structure:
Everything lives in your head
Priorities constantly shift
Work becomes reactive
Decisions feel heavier than they should
That’s exhausting.
Imagine opening your workspace and knowing:
What matters today.
What’s active.
What’s waiting.
What’s overdue.
No searching.
No guessing.
No mental juggling.
Just operational clarity.
You stop:
Relying on memory
Second-guessing priorities
Feeling scattered
You start:
Working from a clear structure
Seeing your workload objectively
Moving tasks intentionally
Operating like a real business
Not chaotic, not improvised.
Structured.
Unify Client Work and Business Operations
Designed to Evolve as You Do
From Mental Tracking to Visible Structure
Move Work Intentionally and Systematically
See the Full Picture of Your Work
Reduce Friction. Support Deeper Focus.
Hi, I’m Laurence Zimmermann, founder of FractalMax.
I explored different project management tools over the years, but I never found one that felt fully aligned with the way I wanted to work.
I didn’t find a system that truly matched how solopreneurs operate. Some tools were too heavy, others too generic. None were structurally aligned with the realities of solo business.
I wasn’t looking for more features. I was looking for operational clarity.
When I couldn’t find a tool that addressed those structural gaps directly, I built one using Notion.
The Business OS is the system I wanted to operate from — structured, intentional, and built for freelancers and solopreneurs who are done improvising.
